Can i ask what grass species are in use? Is it santa ana couch on the fairways and a form of bent on the greens or another combination?

Just trying to get all the details so people can make their mind up.

I've got to say...I wish I'd thought to ask that.

It's an often underestimated variable in a complex set of matrices.

Santa Anna on the fairways
There will be a 1st and 2bd cut if rough
And greens will still be at golf Australia speed from the tournament
So type of grass is not that relevant to the speed

Hi Steve_, while I will be unable to get out and play on this day, my plantar fasciitis has been giving me a lot of grief of the last few weeks. It did flare up again at Christmas while I was doing some dancing at Christmas time with my 13 year old granddaughter, I think I was embarrassing her. It made it all worth it.

We had Christmas at my daughter's place, it was a bit of a drive away in Daveron Park, well when I say my daughter's place, it is actually the house where one of her children's father is currently residing at.

I would be most interested in joining you for a couple a butchers after the game.

now that I have seen this post I will continue to follow for any updates
