yeah, i suck

Sorry for my absence, went to Noosa with the family last week, and this is my busy period of the year running corporate golf events at Indro

Having another week off would be pushing it right now at work where I have a great arrangement for most of the year

At one point was discussing indro with Mads, maybe will happen in 3 years time.

I love this event and the folks that play it.

I hope to be attending next year

Should anybody need to be picked up from the airport after hours or needs assistance in some way, if I don't have to work, happy to help

Oink !

Such a pity that Bruces' offsider, Blacksnake,  wont be playing and is overseas right now. That means we wont see his Nigerian Bookmaker's odds for the event.

We really need Mouldy to do a weather prediction.

i.e. he says 'its going to be wet, wet, wet' B)

I'm good, but no-one seems to care.

Now I find out a French au-pair is NOT a breed of goat!

French Doctors though? not on Nauru!

The Nationals would be a washout if it was held this week!

Nonsense!

What little rain that has fallen has been late afternoon stuff. You mob would have already finished playing and well on the way to nods! :P

The BOM predicted Armageddon for this afternoon/evening and we got a mere passing shower here in the inner northern suburbs.

On the bonus side, there has been a bit of rain on the Goldy and out Kooralbyn way which will only make the courses better. Must admit the 30C today down to 20C tomorrow is more Melbourne-like though.

Anyway, rain events make for better drinking events......good pub, TAB and loads of banter if the courses are closed! :D

I need to know if I should bring my fur coat and or my mini skort. There's no problems with dress sense in Melbourne but the uncouth cheap Gold plated Coast is an enigma.

Gum boots or open toed shoes. Black leather or synthetic gloves. It's so difficult and that's avoiding discussion on a sweaty crotch.

Plus I don't know what Ink will be wearing. How embarrassing if we are both wearing the same outfit. 6 days to go and I've got nothing packed other than a bottle for the wine wankers dinner.

Even worse is the lack of a hat. All the local milliners are working on Spring Carnival pieces so it's very difficult to get appropriate headware.

A very stressful time as I've also got to make sure my Sunday outfit matches the I'll-fitting jacket.

That would be right. Melbourne courses are approaching mint condition and we're expected to play on Heavy 9 courses up North.

We really need to play the Nats in Melbourne every year so as to ensure perfect weather and courses. Plus more people turn up.
