Looks similar to his Longyard GC venture in NSW late 80's.

I wonder how there is still a market for this sort of thing on the high roller basis.  I know that people will drop a lot of dough on a golf membership to the sandbelt or whatever, but to invest in a membership like this which is difficult to use cause it's in the middle of nowhere it really just is to be able to say that you are a member of this exclusive club, which they are not going to use that often cause they don't have the spare golf time that, say, the president of the USA has.

^ Imagine the pristine condition of a course that has almost no players. It would be strange to see fairways without divots, always raked bunkers and unmarked greens. There's only one thing preventing my membership application.

Guess I should have looked at more pics instead of just first one which led me to that impression

The prodigy from the club I play at was lucky enough to be one of the 4 players to play at the Cathedral opening. She was paired with a group of choppers named Ponting, Norman and Evans.

There are some great photos of her and Greg Norman on the website. Would've been an absolute treat.

Looks similar to Ellerston. I imagine the course traffic will be of a similar frequency, although Ellerston wasn’t built for high rollers; just Jimmy’s mates.

A bit too far to drive and neighbours don't like my chopper landing in the street so that makes it too difficult.

Motor bike ? no probono !
