The military and other uniformed services seem to attract such people.
Probably because even in lower ranks members can be little Hitlers.

I have seen some little hitlers in the services and you just know they are going to climb the promotion laddder because they get moved and promoted and they don't care who they leave in their wake.
I would agree that if you are in a toxic workplace the best advice would be to leave the workplace because your home life will suffer while you are in a toxic workforce.

The past three weeks at home have allowed me to detoxify my mind (I no longer wake up at night thinking of ways to accelerate his journey to meet his maker

It literally took me years to stop having those thoughts at night. Well after I had moved on professionally. I even considered undertaking therapy as it was happening so often.

He's lucky I don't know Mick Gatto and mates otherwise he would be sleeping with the fishes.

Most people don't understand how a psychopath in the workplace can destroy people.
