Just got the sad news he passed away from a long battle with cancer. Dart was a big part of Isg as a contributing teacher for many years.

I don't have further details at this point but will update when I can.

We pass on our sincere condolences to friends and family.

Very sad to hear.  Helped a lot of people on here find their 'Light Bulb' moments.  Not everyone agreed with his push on the TGM model of things, but not everyone agreed with Brad Hughes or Scott and his love of kinetics.  The one thing that can be said however about Paul was that no one could fault his knowledge, ability and willingness to help others.  RIP Paul.. you will be sorely missed in the golfing fraternity.  :(

Sad news to hear Paul has passed away. He was a great help to me while learning about TGM. He was very generous with his time and gave great advice.

RIP Paul.

This news saddens me a fair bit as I'm sure it does to a few on here. My thoughts are with his family and friends.

Was the best golf mentor/coach/advocate that I ever had the Privilege of getting lessons off. Rare breed indeed.

RIP old mate. 😔

RIP Paul Hart aka Dart.

Yes technically the man knew his golf stuff, but the sum of the man extends beyond his professional pursuits.

He was more than willing to explore and share his knowledge on here and ISG has suffered a little since his departure from being a regular contributor.

Thoughts are with his friends and family.

the big C is insidious.

Paul hart was a gentleman, I had the pleasure to know him personally. When Belinda was terminal with cancer Paul was always there with me through that journey. He was a rock to me. Going through cancer myself Paul and I shared a tough journey together supporting each other. Although Paul being terminal he put me first. When I called the first thing he would say is how are you holding up son.
His whole life goal was pure to simply wanting to help others and help golfers. He dedicated his life to his craft so he could help others enjoy a game they loved.

Paul was one of the first golf machine doctrines in the world. Like a professor level in university. Paul educated many coaches around the world how to understand the golfing machine and one of the highest regarded coaches in the world.
The golfing world lost a world of endless knowledge with the loss of Paul.

Paul was a great mentor to me and many not only guiding me in golf also the journey in life. I was pretty screwed up and Paul helped me become a better person and strive everyday to become a better a person. Three or four years ago I was a half witt. Paul seen through it and gudied me on a better path.

I seen Paul the day before he passed he said fairwell and hoped that his contribution help others here on iseek. That blew my mind there is a guy about to pass and all he cared about was helping all of us. That says it all.

His wake was wonderful and a great send off paying tribute to Paul there was hundreds of people who lives he touched.
His life goal was complete as many commented on his pure love to wanting to help others and indeed he did.

He was a like a father to me and great mentor. We will miss him greatly having daily conversations about life and golf.

Paul Hart thank you my friend.

Having been away from this forum and golf websites generally for most of last year I was shocked to see this.

I met Paul once about 11 years ago as part of a clinic with Paul Smith and a couple of others that were heavily involved in ISG teaching at the time with a view to move into golf teaching.

The man was a pure gentleman and treated me (at the time a 9 handicap golfer) with the same class and respect as the pros there.  He knew so much about the game and was willing to give so much of his knowledge.

This forum and this earth is so much poorer for his passing.
