Sorry mate it's so dark I can't really see it

The iron was very closed - so you pulled it

Your backswing is a bit low and inside

But hard to diagnose anything from that video

What results are you getting? What ball flight on a good shot? Straight, fade, draw? Straight, push, pull? High, medium, low?

What's your usual miss? Do you hit it solidly or fat or thin?

What Weetbix said. The club face is closed on the takeaway and stays that way. And the quality of that video is absolutely shite.

Thanks for the reply, ill re record in the day time, that was at night. if i hit a ball well it generally goes pretty straight with ever so slight draw. when I am hitting a bad iron they are fading a lot and when the ball hits the deck spinning massively even further away, this is probably why I am trying to over compensating by closing the iron face to stop the massive fade shots that I am hitting.. i couldn't even tell you my usual miss as its so inconsistent, sometimes fat sometimes thin. Some days at the range i can hit the ball so well, other days its a complete nightmare.

What a great start 100+ keep up the good work. So much to like about your swing and it only needs some minor tweaking to be a very solid asset for the rest of your golfing life.

I'd suggest that you should seek out a good coach and put the time into getting the basics correct now. If you train your body and muscles to be repetitive from the start and don't ingrain bad habits then golf and you will be friends for along time !
