A word of caution though, don't put your gloves into the clothes dryer to dry them off post a wet golf day. I did that with one of my John Daly gloves, and when it came out, it would fit in the palm of my hand. (I'll take a photo of it tonight if I remember)

Did you then give it to Kiwi to use?

Tossing up between different gloves, I usually buy at least a 6pack of a certain glove, then when they are all used up, guess a new glove model to try.

Never had any "stand out" gloves, usually don't go top shelf stuff, $20-$25 is usually my limit per glove that could be why?

At the moment liking the look of tour preffered by TM. Appears to be a simple design, decent reviews type glove.

Bionic and FJ have some lookers, Titleist too. Srixon doesn't have any that I've seen that scream out to me, but I confess, haven't looked that hard at them.

Currently using Mizuno Elites. They are fine, but nothing magical about them. Don't seem to be all that durable, but I am playing more golf and hitting the range more often, so that could be the cause.

Some companies advertising Kangaroo leather, Cabretta leather, others synthetic... Any preferences?

Comming into winter season in Melbourne, perhaps a wet weather glove is worth considering too?

Interested in others thoughts. Have people found a specific glove model nothing else compares to for them? Do you have a favourite that will take you some convincing to switch?

What is your favourite golf glove on the market at the moment and why?

I don't use one. Haven't needed to for about 10 years cos my hands don't get that sweety...

Generally a FJ glove for me. I bought a couple of "cheapies" the last time I got some and they broke away at the seems pretty quickly. I'm still using some old holey FJ's at the moment but now winter is approaching I need to upgrade.

I don't use a glove.

In my job I drive a tray truck & handle lots of timber,
use ropes and do lots of heavy lifting.
So have pretty weatherd strong hands.

I have a vision glove in my bag for when it rains.
Used it for one hole at last OOM round

I have never seen a glove as a requirement for golf

I am pretty much identical to Kiwi.
I use a glove

In my job I use a keyboard and shuffle paper and am not allowed to lift anything heavy in the office. So I have very soft girlie weak hands.

I use a glove all the time except putting.

I think I mentally need a glove and use it as part of my routine.

See, same same

I use predominately the FJ Stasoft glove but I do prefer the FJ SciFlex (as its leather). I just don't get enough use out of a leather glove though to justify the cost.

I'll get maybe 2 - 3 weeks out of leather glove before it needs replacing where I get 4 - 5 weeks out of the synthetic Stasoft (I could get more but i like to replace them before they are completely dead so that i have backups).

I have no preference to FJ really, its just what the proshop has in stock. I've found most brands are comparable to one another.
