Tossing up between different gloves, I usually buy at least a 6pack of a certain glove, then when they are all used up, guess a new glove model to try.

Never had any "stand out" gloves, usually don't go top shelf stuff, $20-$25 is usually my limit per glove that could be why?

At the moment liking the look of tour preffered by TM. Appears to be a simple design, decent reviews type glove.

Bionic and FJ have some lookers, Titleist too. Srixon doesn't have any that I've seen that scream out to me, but I confess, haven't looked that hard at them.

Currently using Mizuno Elites. They are fine, but nothing magical about them. Don't seem to be all that durable, but I am playing more golf and hitting the range more often, so that could be the cause.

Some companies advertising Kangaroo leather, Cabretta leather, others synthetic... Any preferences?

Comming into winter season in Melbourne, perhaps a wet weather glove is worth considering too?

Interested in others thoughts. Have people found a specific glove model nothing else compares to for them? Do you have a favourite that will take you some convincing to switch?

What is your favourite golf glove on the market at the moment and why?

Mizuno tech flex is the most comfortable glove I have ever worn. Vision golf glove is the most durable and handles the wet the best.

Vision - no question

They are soft but the little rubber knobs all over them mean that even if everything is wet they grip incredibly well

They are very durable

You'd need to hit them online - PM Boz to organise it

Couldn't recommend them more

A lot will swear by the vision gloves.

I use Callaway Dawn Patrol glove. Love and can have delivered from UK cheap through Ebay for a pack of 6. I think around $15 each incl delivery.

The other one I have tried is the X Span glove from Callaway and loved it but cant get it here. I have the wet weather ones and best ones I have bought so far.

Vision gloves on most days....they are easily the best in terms of durability and overall feel

Nike Rain gloves for the rainy days...

Carry a couple of fit39's as spare but tend to use them very rarely

I'm not a fan of the Vision glove, in terms of feel.

They are an extremely well made glove, but those little nodules kill all semblance of feel of the club for me.

Wet weather is where they seem to perform better than others though.

I much prefer a cabretta leather glove.

They don't last as long but they win hands down for feel.

FJ SciFlex fit me best

In a pinch I don't mind the Srixon cabretta leather but their sizing isn't quite as snug for me.

Take a look at a few brands and find the one that fits best.

Just remember that a cabretta glove will stretch a smidge over time

It should be nice and snug when it comes out of the packet.

I've been using the Titleist permasofts for a fair while now, they fit my hand better than the SciFlex's so they end up lasting a bit longer.

I've got some Srixon wet weather gloves, Phil Mic spec, except I only ever use the left one. Double Gloves is weird. They are like a chamois grip so they get more grip when they are wet than when they are dry.

Haven't used the Vision gloves.

Used to always use leather and didn't like the feel of synthetic. Got a bit sick of expensive leather gloves going shiny and hard after a couple of rounds.
Then I tried Vision.
Great feel. Very tacky. When they get dirty just pop them in the machine. Last for months. Well last me for years but that's another story. Would not buy any other.

Currently using Srixons at the moment (as its still not too wet for them)

I found the Vision wet weather gloves dimples still slipped in my hand in the wet, and lacked any real feel of the club.

My 2 favourite gloves, are Mizuno Tech flex, great all around glove for wet or dry, and John Daly's "Grip it and Rip it" gloves.

A word of caution though, don't put your gloves into the clothes dryer to dry them off post a wet golf day. I did that with one of my John Daly gloves, and when it came out, it would fit in the palm of my hand. (I'll take a photo of it tonight if I remember)
