I don't think you swing hard enough.

Oh and to validate my feedback please let me randomly mention smash factor, moment of inertia, swing plane and hip rotation as golf terms I have heard of.

But mainly swing harder.

It's difficult for me to comment on whether he showers well.

A good job too, that would require very close body contact. Mmmmmmmm, just the thought of it.
Intended to break 90 this year, not going well.

Concentrating just getting round the course

Is it just me or do I detect no lag whatsoever in this swing?

Is it just me or do I detect no lag whatsoever in this swing?

Is this another inhouse reference or an actual observation? LOL.

I have no issues generating lag in the downswing unless I start getting frustrated and trying to swing too hard and fast. Tempo is huge for me because if I get out of time I can spray tee shots into the next universe.

In my humble opinion "getting more lag" is a flavour of the month buzzword/trend that comes in and out of the game intermittently for people looking to get distance from "somewhere" in the swing, often with bigger issues to solve. I have no issues with distance, have zero desire to have any more, and would much prefer more consistency and precision in driving accuracy to improve my angles into the approach shots.

Side note, injury is healing well, managed an easy paced 18 today at growling frog and can still walk after the round. It feels good to get back out there after so long on the sidelines, even though the place was a swamp and the greens were borderline unplayable after the recent coring.

Which was hard to believe? The fact I got in 18 holes, the fact that I should have taken a boat on the fairways on half the holes, or the fact the greens were recently cored, mushy and sandy and it was scary to even putt from 3 ft because the chunks of sand and coring holes were causing **** to break at right angles?

Gaz has a love/ hate thing going on for the Frog...he loves to express his hatred.

Accept the fact that every non-sandbelt course in Melbourne would be pretty wet today, and that yes, the greens were cored last week...and wet sand isn't fun to putt on.

I'm sure Beacy was bone dry and the greens 12 on the stimp....
