Hrllo people

As of today i am in the popular osteo arthritis gang.

Its in my fingers and wrist. Very pronounced swelling in my right index finger.

Doctor has said as a base line, 2 panel 4 times per day.

Does anyone else have it and if so, what do you do about it? I had a lot of trouble with it on Sunday.

It's there any cream or magic deer antler spray that actually works?
I've tried the Goanna Arthritis cream, pox

Also, golf related.
Do the actual arthritis grips help?

Any other tips i could use?

Cheers peeps

I'm not sure what my aches are but I get really painful thumb joints, Rob. Dr Sues has hip pain as well. We heard that Glucosamine tablets were good for relief but you had to take them regular.

We were skeptical but when we started them the pain reduced markedly and at times we stopped taking them for certain reasons......and the pain returned. Definitely worth a try just to see?

Unlucky, but lucky... wait till it gets into your knees and lower back, then it's real fun and if 1000mg of Glucosamine with Condroiton per day didn't work I got nuthin.  Done the cortisone thingy as well but the specialist won't refer me anymore because he reckons that after 5 treatments it starts to do more bad than good.
