IiNet very good customer service

Vodaphone
Telstra
Optus
All disgusting service in that order and I wouldn't ever deal with any of them again.

Haven't dealt with any others ISPs

We have been with Telstrav for years. Been excellent customer service for us.
They just don't have a cheapish unlimited plan

Spintel are a horror story. Say goodbye to customer service. Also say goodbye to any sort of reliable service.

We just pissed them off and moved to Telstra a few months ago.

The fact Mouldy hates Telstra also gives me confidence that we made a wise choice.

Yeah I've been with tpg for a good 8 years now and haven't had issues. I play fps games online and don't have issues with latency. They use telstra's network.

Rob, are you after NBN or ADSL?
Get onto whirlpool forum and search for topics related to your area. Much more info than from the few of us in here.

I use aussie broadband.

We are wirh Telstra currently, and have a download spedd of 35mp

TPG advertise up to 20mps

If they use the same system, willour speed drop to that figure?
