Well, a judge has ruled that the F bomb is no longer offensive.

http://www.lifehacke...e-in-australia/

An Australian judge has dismissed charges of offensive language against three marriage equality protesters who were caught on camera chanting swear words. Apparently, yelling expletives into a loudspeaker on public property no longer constitutes offensive language. Good to know.

So that settles it. Time to remove it from the swear filter. The standard has been set. Those who take offence by it are officially soft.

Had a particular female Magistrate in NSW who believed that using the F word was not offensive to anyone over the age of 6.  Appears she was of the belief that it was part of the Australian vernacular and heard in so many varying terms by all ages that it could not be offensive.

These days it is regularly used on prime time television by people depicted as upright citizens such as law enforcement officers, politicians, etc.

I don't understand the double standards of the female mafia

Whilst it is common practice to refer to a male as a dickhead or cockhead referring to a female as a dumb(c bomb) gets you castrated.

I suppose the equivalent would be a dumb fanny.

Dropped the c bomb at work yesterday. Could be in some strife. Used it in the vernacular. Oh well.

Personally I find saying the f word gives my mouth and tongue a pleasant sensation. The louder I say it the better my diaphragm seems to work. In print it doesn't look much different to "folk", maybe even better. Some people struggle with English and suffer mental blocks in expressing their feelings when frustrated, in pain, in pleasure, in anger etc. The f word helps them out.

If it is accepted on Facebook, there must be a reason why it is not offensive on that application.
