RE: Sunday breakfast.

Its very frustrating that every time I talked to them, I received difference response.

After knowing that everyone wanting breakfast. I emailed them to ask whether they can have B&E rolls AND full breakfast available at 6:30 am as discussed.

Yesterday, their reception called me and said no full breakfast available at 6:30 on Sunday, and if we want the breekky rolls we have to order and pre-paid. So I have no options but ordered and pre-paid for 40 brekky rolls @ $6 each.

It doesn't end there, today I received below email from the RO reception (pretty sure from different staff) :

"
I have spoken to kitchen and they would like to know roughly how many would want the Full Hot Breakfast option as they don’t usually start serving until 7:30 for plated and 9am(weekends) for Buffet, however we may be able to organise a buffet to start at 6:30 if you have 15 or more wanting the Full Hot Breakfast option.
Can you please get some numbers together and get back to me so I can try to organise this with Kitchen department.
"

I replied that only less than 10 people wants full breakfast and we already paid for 40 B&E rolls.
and also so asked them the following, still waiting for their reply

"
Can you please double check with the Brasserie that if we need more B&E rolls, can we purchase on the spot, and what else also available at 6:30 on Sunday (sandwiches, pies, sausage rolls ect).
Off course, we need coffee too, will coffee be available?
"

In summary, 40 B&E rolls have been ordered and paid, don't pay them but pay me, I will arrange a box for you to drop your payment in.

P/S: Those who already paid for full breakfast will get a refund, sorry about the mess up, guys!

ive been chatting with CEO on linked in can you call him and let him know the dramas we are having please?

"we have our own kitchen team headed by two brilliant award winning chefs. Happy for you to ring me on my office number 02 4560 3200 "

Just mention i connected
On there
So he knows what it's about as well 2days of golf, lunch, dinner and accomo!
