They say that doing more than 15 mins of strenuous activity and you're doing more harm than good.
.

Was this the advice from that book from that doctor which you sent me about 3 or 4 years ago?

Oz this might be hard to comprehend but that is nowhere near enought food

This what my daily diet looks like

Brekky 4 boiled eggs
Smoko protein shake and apple
Lunch 220gm approx of lean meat and vegies
Dinner same as lunch

Between lunch amd dinner ill end up having two more protein shakes and one more before bed

Im avg 2kgs a week weightloss

Eating less doesnt make you lose weight, eating smarter does
Dont starve your body of fuel

Correct.

Starving your body just puts it into panic mode and trigger a 'I must store as much of this into fat because I don't know when I am going to get fed next'

You're raising a sweat in your job Jed which helps and so you can eat quite large meals.  Oz is in a very sedentary job behind the wheel.  He's not wrestling barrels of beer anymore.

However, today's diet is a bit light on.  Don't know if you like fish Oz but it's a great source of protein.  I used to get into canned Tuna for lunch.  Quite filling.

Gallons of water is great though.  The body just loves being hydrated, makes all the organs work optimally.

Go the OZ
