Yep getting the ball too close to the flag/hole is a massive problem in golf

 

What I meant was - How many are that precise though - not many. You go for centre of green and miss, you're still on the green. You go for that tucked red flag, front left, behind the bunker/water and miss - you're chipping, dropping, hitting from the bunker... certainly not putting.

This theory works really well in AFL...😆

picked up a Garmin G6 recently off gumtree and have to admit it is pretty good; seems to worked much better and quicker then the G3 I had before and doesnt chew through AA batteries after every game.  Boot up time is also much quicker too.... I also had a TomTom Golfer, but not a fan of wearing watches while golfing.

 

I use it for quick mid field distance check and positioning, and the Bushnell V3 only now comes out at Greens shots.

 

Side by Side comparison on Par 3s comes up pretty close.  Cant complain on $50 :)
