I'm happy with my Sonocaddie but the interface back to the PC is a bit out of date. It comes with all courses loaded which is great but is like to be able to clear it and reload the data fresh as its been a few years and some courses have changed and probably some mistakes fixed

You can update individual courses but you only would if you knew it had got out of date and there is a limit on how many you can download and store

Ha!  I don't need the technology...especially if someone else in the group has it...I save time by looking at the markers and the sprinkler heads whilst walking to my ball.

While you are walking to your ball, then reaching into your bag for the bat-distance workerouterer, putting it back then contemplating what to play, I will have already worked out what I need to use and hit my next shot :P

I use a Garmin S2, great little watch that gives real time yardage/metreage but takes a while to charge if you haven't kept it on charge(i keep mine in car on indicator stalk connected to cig lighter).

works fine, had it year or so, good for when you go to new courses.

also does scores as you go, easy to use.

paid $199 I think, be cheaper now.

£1000 on Spieth to win all 4 majors this year.
Had to get it in UK, none in Oz.

Millionaire or a grand down ?

Place your bets !

Dont discount the watches just yet lol. If you got a clicgear you can buy the watch holder that goes around the handle to put it on.

Had a look and watched the video on that one.
Not a fan of the gamegolf for the reason of tapping every shot.

Didn't get very good write ups in golfwrx
Main gripe was power button too sensitive and would turn itself on and off when touched lightly
