I also watched Annesselys' speech: he has learnt the media speak well since his days on the whistle. Quite sad for my liking, Henry had proved what could be last year & had control of the team taken away, then loses his job because of that. Politics in sport? Its always there!
Yup. It's a dog's breakfast and a case study of a board interfering in the management of an organisation rather than sticking to corporate governance. As an aside, I happen to know one of the notable board members from those wild younger days. Oh the stories I could tell ... :-0
