The "Goldy" bit was a joke...(he's had a couple of bad experiences there.)   :)

Nice course...hilly....but run pretty poorly.

Too hilly to play week in, week out IMO.

 

I would agree..it would be pretty harsh on the body.

 

Most guys I know who play there have invested in an electric buggy...which at least would take part of the physical effort out of a round...but it would be bloody tough to do every week.

 

And an electric buggy won't stop the place being run like a shambles.

You're a bit younger than me...I reckon my fitness for golf is okay...but those hills take their toll on the hips and knees.

 

It's a good track...I wouldn't say a great track...but almost every time I've been there they've found a way to **** the place up in one way or another. Unless they have a total change in management and actually treat their members and guests with a bit more respect, they can jam the joint up their jacksie for mine.
