In the hail, don't forget the hail. There was also an ant on your ball too wasn't there?

I will confess I have started to use a wedge now. Some times. There is still a need for the five iron. In fact I use pretty much any club from 40m in these days.

As for driver, let's go to the range and I'll give my very very amateur opinion on whatever you feel like there. I think you need to swing out, other than that its a bit of a mystery to me how I hit it.

No mystery to me, just hit it very hard. My body just does not go fast enough.
Intended to break 90 this year, not going well.

Bump I always play in the hail. It's a given.

When I was growing up (some would say that process is incomplete) I didn't have commercial TV but there was one cartoon on the ABC I really enjoyed. Atom Ant. I've never hit a golf ball with an ant on it in case one time it's Atom just going about his work.

Very much looking forward to a game tomorrow. Very few courses remain on my bucket list (there's plenty I haven't played don't get me wrong) but Hamilton Island is #1 on the list. Tomorrow, heaven allowing, it gets crossed off.

I'm going to play one ball for a score (or more likely several from what I'm told) and assuming there isn't anyone waiting I think an extra ball or two might get teed up on some of those stunning par threes.

I'm really liking those Titleist Velocity balls too. They are fast.

You may need snorkel and flippers. but according to the on line weather service tomorrow Hamilton should be clear.

Enjoy yourself, have a good game. :)

Wow. So the heavens allowed. And what an incredible course this is. There are tee shots where there is simply no room for error. It is amazing. Had a 33 stableford points off the tips with six shot daily adjustment. Absolutely rapt. The humidity almost unwound me. Easily the hardest course I've ever played. Harder than bonville. Way harder than Brookwater. Thoroughly recommended. Bring balls.

Hit an 8i 165m (3 club elevation) to one metre to win the NTP here. Missed the putt.

Would have thought the ground staff would have fixed the bunker faces prior to your arrival :(

Bunkers were GUR today. Sheer volume of rain over last week made it so. Only needed the advantage of that once. On the 18th. But good pick up
