5 pairs of shoes?

You could have invested that money in lessons.

I had lessons but work got in the way. Besides old Coach was too far away. 3 hours round trip. Might get a new Coach maybe.

Stop swinging the club like David Foster and you wonโ€™t hurt your shoulder again.

Had a range session today as planned. Went through the whole bag. All things considering rather happy. Solid with scoring irons and the rest meh. Put it down to rust.

Im most confident with the flatstick. Have gone back to the method and its staying in the bag. Rolls great, feels fantastic on solid hits.

0f course I have not stepped on to a course yet. Still 2 weeks off I think.

Also think my shoulder is as good as it is going to get. I would like it to get back to 100% but just have a feeling that that is not going to happen. Think I will always have a tightness in my shoulder but could be worse.

I'm no dr, but, in my numerous, although not surgical, injury recoveries I always feel the same. I've come to understand that last 10-15% is more about the body linking the finer ligaments, tendons, fascia, blood flow and nerves and that takes time.

If you can get out there and use it. You're in front already. Take it easy and give it a few months of use and I'll bet it is better than you thought it would, assuming of course you don't damage it again in the meantime.

And, don't be a slack arse like me. Keep doing your physio exercises!

My thoughts exactly Hacky. Moving it can only increase my chances of 100% recovery. While physio does so much, golf uses a lot more muscles so can only get better.๐Ÿ˜Š

Never been slack...whats that?

Oh wait...nevermind.๐Ÿ˜Ž

Been cleared for a 9 hole affair for the weekend. Just have to take it easy and if any aggrevation in the shoulder...stop!

Slowly getting there though would have like to try for 18 holes. Oh well getting closer.

Youโ€™ll have more shots for 9 holes than most people have for 18 holes anyway.
