Whatever resonates with you.

Just watch old, incorrect thinking, especially from 'doctors'.

I'll use an example.

Calcium.

Questions for everyone...

Best source is?

Why do we need it?

???

Dairy

Bones

Yeah never trust a docotor...

If I did not trust my doctor I would be in worse shape then I am now.

As for supplements and alternative medicine...

No thanks. Thanks for the advice but no interest.

Only time I google something is to get a bit for information. The internet is full of 80% bullshit%-÷

If things aren't quite right, you have to see someone about them and your GP probably knows more than the old hag next door.

But keep in mind that doctors receive their ongoing training as supplied by big pharma and big pharma's objective is to get said doctors to prescribe big pharma's products.

Generally, doctors prescribe something to treat the symptoms.  A cure means less money from your pocket to theirs.

YouTube has cures for just about everything from diabetes to cancer.  Funnily enough, all the cures are different.

I probably should visit my GP one of these days.  I think the last time was 2015.  It's not as though I have to pay for it.

genuine question, do you personally know any GPs?

There's a place for supplements - I take fish oil and it helps my cholesterol, and glaucosamine which definitely helps my joints

And from experience I know there is bugger all they can do for back problems except surgery which is a last resort - apart from pills to mask it and help the swelling a bit

But overall I'm not going to consult a medium that encourages all these anti-vaccination fools

Use the internet to get people's inputs along with your doctors advice - but doc first
