Wow Smergs, almost mirrored stats there!.

Your 'cap trend is completely different to mine though  :(

From memory you would have shave more than a few strokes off yours since that day at Le Frogge

Umm... just went and checked.. August 28th, 2011.

From 14.4 to 10.2 at the moment, with an all time low of 8.9 for two rounds last year.

The trend is a little better for me at the moment, but we're only talking a few shots here and there.

It looks like most of your issues are from the tee? Hard to make gir if your in the sticks

Maybe hit your most reliable club off the tee for 1 round see how that goes

If my posts offend you, well you've taken it the wrong way, the internet can be like that.
Just blame it on my ADD

I'd be off +5 if I hit 8 irons all day

My driving can be erratic too, this means I'll often have to bunt out from the ****, so a GIR is out of the question.

Didn't we cover that already?

There's a few holes at my track that I'll take a 3H from the deck off the tee.

It's something I've taken to doing more of quite recently.

Having said that, looking at my stats, I'm hitting 47% of FW's but that only translating into 35% GIR's.

Obviously I don't expect to have a 1:1 ratio there, but ideally, I should be at least 40% GIR's.

Probably the weakest part of my game right now is the mid irons.

I'm hitting a lot of snap hooks with them.

When they're really bad, I'm finding even my short irons are going left after starting straight.

The short irons are still getting good height, but they're turning over a lot.

Anyone know the root cause of that shot?

A quick one for you Mr Kressley ..........

In regard to your fairway misses (misses are 24% left and 29% right) from that ...... I have no idea of what your stock tee shot is? (fade or draw)

Do you have a natural shape, and if so, are you going with it, or are you trying to fight it?

I'm betting if he's hitting balls that start straight and then draw that he has an inside out swing path. I'd guess that his misses left are ones that hook but the misses right are blocked straight out there?

That's my guess. What say you K?

I am betting you hit the ball well really good solid contact, I'll put it down to either alignment or alignment, I am split 70-40 on it being either of those 2.

Why well at your level your swing is pretty consistent??? if it were swing related it would be endemic on everything, but if its here and there I reckon its alignment, I am now 80-30 on it.
