You still got that Brad Hughes stuff?

Think so. Never got around to making an impact bag though, which is rather essential for BH

Not too young. Had to google him then I realised who he was. Still don’t understand the reference though.

no one understands iron mick.

even harder in person as his vocal range tends towards the higher frequencies where only dogs and bats operate at.

Bought a lovely 2nd hand 52 degree Vokey today. Oil can finish so will stand out from the crowd and stop me looking through the bag for the right club. Replacing a lost AP1 wedge.
We goin’ be good friends.

Nice bit of range time at Colonial this arvo. Went through the whole bag including putting and chips trying the new right shoulder externally rotated to begin back swing groove.
Not bad. No longer distance so still casting I presume. Dispersion I think is improving. I think chips more accurate but then it’s been so long I can’t temember what they were like before.
Putting is I think better but tendency to break wrists can be ugly.
Chips had the odd shank. Aaargh. I think when I don’t move my body in the downswing, which I have to do now with the new backswing positioning.
Was fun.

Nice guy. Always says hi although doesn’t know me.
My pro is Joel. Was at KDV now at Gainsborough. I think one is enough! I’ll just get confused with 2.

Quite technical which suits my analytical mind. Shows me why what I’m doin ng is wrong and very patient. I’d recommend him to anyone who genuinely wants to improve their swing.

I don’t want to hear “your good, just try swinging a little more like this”
I want to hear “you have a major fault. You’re doning this. Look at this video of you and you can see it. I want you to do this, and here’s a drill to help”

Snuck an hour at the range between school drop off and work. Heh heh heh.
Working on the new take away with right shoulder ext rotation. I think my chips are more accurate. Bunker seamed better than usual. Irons were still spraying a bit too much. Well a lot too much. And pitches ho hum. But interestingly I can now hit a 5 and 4 iron rather nicely. Driver was good. About 190-210m with little roll out in the range grass.
I need to get my legs active in the downswing. Feel like I’m too stationary. Helps everything when I remember I have legs there. When I moved them I hit the driver 240 last shot.
God it was nice in the morning sun.
