Reckon the norm smith couldve gone to any of the following players

Martin

Houli

Rance

Graham

Lambert

Martin had 28 possies, 22 of them contested, (thats ******* huge!) kicked 2 goals, and had a hand in another 4. Hardly highway robbery.

When the ball was hot and most players fumbled, the one constant was martin one grabbing it and weaving out of traffic to set up plays.

If it had of gone to Houli or Rance I dont think many would've complained

Now I have some bumping of my own to do - where has that flog demons supporter gone to?

When watching the game, I thought Houli or Rance were best on, but then you see Martin's stats and it's hard to argue that he was undeserving of the award.

I was watching it with a fella who had some coin on Rance winning the Norm Smith.

we all agreed that he did his role well, but he was happy to concede that he wasn't going to win before they'd announced it.

How's that premiership-winning recruiting going? Still showing other clubs how to top up and win a flag?

:)

Just wanted to thank the dees for taking Scully and Trangove at picks 1 and 2, leaving us with Dusty at 3.

I will never forget celebrating Jordie Mcmahon kicking the winning goal for us after the siren WITH Dees supporters in the stands. You got your umpteenth Priority Pick with that loss - and we got Dusty.

Karmas a *****

So happy with the win, enjoyed it so much have watched a replay of it again today!!!!!

Houli was my pick for NS. Defence was outstanding, Crows were lost halfway through 2nd quarter.

Sensational effort!!!!!

Bet there's plenty of fat, middle-aged blokes wandering around Melbourne this morning wondering what the heck possessed them to get their "Dusty" haircuts :)

Scary on a footy field. Even scarier in the Tuesday morning meeting at work...

best 3 easily Houli, Graham & Lambert.

Well done dusty for padding the stats with some junk time possies and goals.
