A player will get better contact, higher spin and more predictable ball flight if he removes the head cover before striking the ball.

VTTP #009

Great advice again NWABP, you are on to a good thing there.

Yeah, thanks Mick. I noticed the possibility with my putter at first, developed the theory a little and put it to test with my irons. I have noticed the greatest difference with my longer clubs and so I felt brave enough to put it out as a strong statement…almost “fact”. I am glad you agree…I feel vindicated.

VTTP #009

Glad to have your input NWABP, however I would be more concerned with the type of headcovers used, such as do you keep the Original Covers you got with your woods, or replace them with something that shows off your personality. The Koala Driver Cover is one of my personal favourites.

Mick, please answer my question on the last page, im waiting for my answer……..

I believe it’s slightly un-professional of you to ignore my original question as i have been a big advocate of yours for a while now.

In addition to my last un-answered question, I’d like to touch also on the “hooker” lines currently trending within this thread.

Is it counter productive to ask a prospective “hooker” if she’s had a busy night so far?

what sort of feelings should i prepare myself for whilst she is delivering her answer?

Thankyou Jesus…….., praise the lord.

Thanks for waiting, but I am still unsure of what people are referring to with the Hooker thing……..

Tip of the week. When asked how your game is traveling at the moment, just relax, take a breath and reply "it is what it is".

When playing with new members, or with someone you haven't played with before, arrive to the tee on time and be ready to play. Remember, you only get one chance to make a good first impression.

If you only met once why would they remember you? Surely a second meet would be needed to know if that remember you

When watching a Major Championship on TV, its good etiquite to not talk while the players are taking their shot, and especially when they are putting. (Just like the commentary team, god Bless you Johnny Miller!) This is also good form when out on the course playing the game, although you can whisper if you have something important to say.
