Mick …........ let me first say, that this thread was long overdue.

It needed someone with foresight, and acumen, and a couple of other words that I would have to look up in the dictionary …. to bring this instructional thread to fruition …........ and its great to see that you are casting your pearls before us mortals.

And now ......... onto my query ….........

And I have this mate, you see …... who loads his golf bag with enough balls to supply the whole field, and enough tees to have every player on the course simultaneously involved in a game of jenga with them.

Is there a number of balls and tees that you would recommend a normally sane person to carry in their golf bag, for a single round of golf?

Your expertise on the matter above …..... would be much appreciated, oh wise one.

Thanks GPJ, I know a few "friends" that carry too much equipment with them on the course. From my experience it is because they are right brain dominant, or "left handed". There is no easy solution, other than learning to play the game as God intended, i.e. right handed.

Steve....I may stand to be corrected on this....but I reckon if you think you need to chat 'em up, you've probably missed the fundamental nature of the relationship.

A player will get better contact, higher spin and more predictable ball flight if he removes the head cover before striking the ball.

Thanks for that Mick, although I fear my friend, even if he did take up golf, "as god intended" ........... would still remain afflicted with a "gay fade".

Ha......I suppose a gay fade to a left hander....playing right handed...is a draw/hook. Gaz....maybe this "friend" is a Capricorn and just well prepared for any situation??

Given your friend and I share the same awesome birthday, along with one of the Smerglings... I reckon your description is spot on. Would explain a few of the OOMBET odds...
