FFS.

Stay out of the instruction threads.

No wonder we have lost so many instructors on here over the years.

Go jump, Maxie.
The reason we have lost instructors in the past is because posters have abused them and suggested they don't know what they're talking about.

My comment to Raz was to encourage him to provide further explanation so that people like me might understand the concept. It worked.

Standard kit for the Australian Squad. I was introduced to it years ago by a member of the squad at my club. He instructed me on the various drills. Ramsey McMaster saw lots of potential in him and spent lots of time with him before his tragic death.

Ramsey worked with Henrick Stenson and several other European tour players as well as national Amateur teams. He was a very real loss to golf.

Yep I've rad that. And become a fan of self myofascial release, when I get around to it. Have a nobbly massage cylinder that works a treat. After its hurt like hell. Feels like a team of Russian female shot putters are digging their thumbs into the knots.

It is brilliant Toph.

Google it, I think it is called the 2XU Ramsay Belt or something like that.

He was a massive loss.

Hi Brad, thanks for starting this thread.

Do you use a trigger/thought to start your swing?
