Briefly. I don't want to confuse myself prematurely.

It's a small step when a leap is really needed. Like those youtube cat videos where the cat fails to reach its target and falls down flat.

Just maybe, someone of significance will have seen my grumblings and consider such a viewpoint, should such matters be under consideration at an appropriate level.

 

It might happen one day.

Like rules experts. What would the world do if they weren't needed?

They could retire if the players just satisfied Rule 6-1.

That will never happen because most players don't understand enough of the rules.
