There is a chance the Swans could be on top of the ladder by the end of the week end, the Swans have a good record against the Crows, and North could well beat the Westies. Fingers crossed.

My friend you are wrong on the good record. "Adelaide has enjoyed a remarkable record against the Swans in recent times, winning six out of the past seven encounters. In Sydney, the Swans haven't won since round 15, 2004." Last night made it 7 from 8.

Yeh thanks a heap iRON-MiCK, made my day losing to your Crows. I could think of worse teams to lose to though!

I don't follow the crows, champ. It must have been dry last night as well. It would seem the crows have the wood on the swans. half their luck.

Six weeks without Goodes, that will be tough for the Swannies!

No it was definitely 2005, swans finished 3rd at the end of the home and away. Winning the Grand Final by 3 points. Yep, that’s absolutely the season I’m thinking of.

Nope, 2005 was bypassed altogether, no footy was played at all that year. I googled it.

Nearly....now, tell us all about your credentials, are you latte sipping yuppies who live in the eastern suburbs and support the swans when they are doing well or are you actually football supporters? I tend to think that you may actually be footy supporters since neither of you have mentioned that you'd like to see Lockett kick a bag. Shame about Goodes, be interesting to see how deep you guys are.

Lies, all lies…

Four-time WBT Champion, or as blacksnake puts it ’blah blah blah’ :)

Half of the ’Trentham Dream Team’

Lockett has been quiet for a few games. He will lift now that Goodes is out. (maybe we could get Warwick Capper if we can make a deal with the Southport Toolies).

As a cricketer the Coverdrive was the hardest shot to master. As a golfer, I can achieve it with frustrating regularity.

Ahhhh, a true supporter. I like it.

Hahaha, you know I still pick number 39 in raffles when I get the choice. Capper, was a champ for me when I was a young fella. I went to Victoria Park on a footy trip once to see the Swans take on the Pies. Capper kicked a bag and the Swans won by a point. The umpires got punched and spat on as they left the field, and I at the age of 14 was told very quickly by a bystander to put my Swans scarf away before I got killed. I did so and, survived, just!

Goodes and LRT are out, in come Jess White (The Unit) & Trent Dennis Lane (TDL). Hope TDL has developed a bit over summer, he didn't show a lot last year.

Swans to do it in a canter today, Tigers don't have to intensity to take it up to the hard tackling Swannies! Just sayin.

we need another big body up front to help out sam reid but then again with mumford out we need our big boys in the ruck.... bit of a sloppy game against the tigers...hopefully a good turnaround this weekend at home against the D's

Is there a team in the afl that this game plan wouldn't work on?
