I have been using the callaway preowned site recently and got myself a Big Bertha driver from there, I used it twice and on the third round the shaft snapped upon impact with the ball.

I thought that these guys would not be dodgy at all but they have not replied to 2 emails so I left a horrible review on the product which they seem happy to have on their site.

Anyone else had problems with them ?
I noticed clubtech in coburg buy a lot of their product from that site.

I bought stuff from them and I haven't had to contact them to repair anything...but haven't had a hassle with the quality of the product.

May be worthwhile to contact the local representative.

To date the greatest customer service I have received is from the Tour Edge brand...either via there online store and resellers...no dramas when there is an issue with the product.

Contact ur local Cally distributor and they'll sort it out. I had a Razr Hawk Tour driver had crack a few years back and it was all sorted with no drama.

It will be replaced from Cally Australia rather than from Cally preowned in the States. The guy in my pro shop just called Cally and it was dealt with quickly.

Yeah they are pretty good, reports on all sites cant praise the CS enough so would of been surprised if they didn't rectify the problem for you!

Excellent news and glad it all working out for you!

Can anyone recommend an online store that isn't dodgy but gives better prices than bricks and mortar shops for general golf gear? Or is better just to stick to the traditional shops, where you at least get the product in hand when you buy it?

Hi Guys,

Has anyone used the online store http://www.golfclubsausonline.com/. They don't seem to have a phone number which is a slight concern. Offering Titleist 915 Drivers for $399. Seems (below cost) and a little to good to be true.

Any feedback good/bad would be appreciated.

Cheers. :)
