Foster is no recommendation. He is not well. I have not tried Focus Band, so I don't know. I wish others would extend the same courtesy to Clear Keys, TGM and Zenolink. Just say you don't know - you have only a prejudiced view. Study and then proclaim. Anyone destructive has to be ill.

Im very keen on concept and keen to try it out but in vic…what is the preferred teaching method and is it expensive per session or do you do it in a block of sessions?

Dear xmaggiex, Henry Boulton is the specialist with the FocusBand and is doing great work with Jason Day, Greg Charmers, Rod Pampling, Mike Weir, Padrig Harrrington, and a couple of high profile Coaches in the USA at present. I have been fortunate to have had a Basic Training using the FocusBand and can deliver lessons using this "Mental Training Tool." I think it is fantastic as both student and teacher can locate exactly when the student is in a good place to receive and apply the instruction given. Unless someone is in a receptive state, then instruction does not penetrate to a satisfactory level for both student and teacher, and FocusBand does assist me along with certain "Mental Training Drills" get the student into a coachable state. Kind Regards, Peter C

Jason has learned how to get himself into the Alpha state consistently over the last month and is now able to sustain it through the entire process. Before using the Focus Band, he had no feedback or way of practicing getting into the optimum arousal and mind state. Hoping he can sustain it tomorrow and bring home the Green Jacket. If anyone wants a lesson on the Focus Band, contact me.

Yep...I recently started wearing a band that I focus upon entirely on my left wrist. It has a number of females in various states of undress, well basically they are all naked.  I can guarantee you that I do not think about the shot in front of me once I set up to strike the ball.  I have one thought and one thought only,  looking at those shaved Mushin.

Mind you, my golf is shite at the moment.  Apart from that, I'm too old to start worrying about this stuff.
