The next round of the LintzOnline PGA tipping competition is now open. Click on over to http://www.lintzonline.com and enter your tips for The Masters where Phil Michelson is the defending champion. If you’ve just signed up the rules are the same as the ISG tipping competition from last year in that you need to tip 4 players each week, one from OZ, USA, Rest Of The World and a Bonus player with their combined world golf rankings not exceeding 10 points. The rest of the rules are on the site. Good Luck!!

What a great first 3 rounds of this years Masters it's been. Rory McIlroy has held the lead after each of the first 3 rounds and holds a 3 shot lead from aussie Jason Day, K.J. Choi, Charl Schwartzel and previous Masters champion Angel Cabrera going into the final round. Day held the lead after 5 holes in the 3rd round but slowly through in a bogey here and a bogy there to drop back down the leaderboard. Everyones favourite player, Fred Couples is T9. Not bad for a guy in fis 50's! Also in the top 10 after 3 rounds are aussies Adam Scott and Geoff Ogilvy. If a few putts sink tomorrow we could have our first aussie Masters champion! No squads have McIlroy so for the 12 squads who have a player currently T2, they will be hoping McIlory can't finish it off tomorrow. The leading squad would be punter who has 2 players T2 heading in the final round. He could be in for a big pay day! blueberrysmissus had 3 players make the cut so another good pay day should be in store for the current leader. What a final round of the Masters!!! It had everything, birdies, bogeys, doubles and even triples.......and that was just Rory McIlory the 54 hole leader. McIlory's chances disappeared after a triple bogey 7 on the par 4 10th. This opened the door for 6 to 8 other players to step up and take the green jacket. Tiger Woods held the lead at 2 seperate times during the final round but a missed 6 foot eagle putt on the 15th which would have given him sole possession of the lead was also the end of Tigers charge at another green jacket. Stepping up with only a handful of holes left was Adam Scott and his broomstick. He sank 3 clutch putts on 14, 16 and 17 to be the club house leader at 12 under with only Charls Schwartzel left on the course who could ****** victroy away from the aussie. Also in the club house at 12 under was Jason Day, not a bad way to finish your first Masters! Schwartzel showed his class over the last few holes making birdie on the last 4 to win his first Masters by 2 shots over Scott and Day. The leading squad for the week and I'm sure a new weekly prize money record is punter who racked up a cool $2,144,000 thanks to a 1 / 2 finish with Schwartzel and Day. The weekly win moved him up 31 poistion and into 15th overall. blueberrysmissus still leads the way by around $650K from GoTigerWoods2000. Can any stop blueberrysmissus????
