No, that was Arnie's character. The mutant leader was called Quato (sp?). Great film. Has one of my favourite Arnie moments when he kills the taxi driver: "Screw You Benny!"

i like the interview he did in auckland "i am fit and ready to play" puts the mike down and walks off then promptly had his pants pulled down. looks good in the piss yellow of Australia not for much longer
