Thanks for in the info so far. If it's not against forum rules, please do post the rough $ amount for playing on your suggested courses.

I'm able to get good discount on Noosa Springs as I'm staying there so I'm likely to have a round there for the convenience.

I've heard of many suggestions to try Coolum and Tewantin. Will look further into them.

I cannot be the judge of whether or not you ever find me good for some info. But I can never be more useful to you on this earth than to reiterate that you needn't spend four hours of your life at Tewantin Noosa, unless it is the sixth or seventh day's play over a long stay. There is nothing wrong with it. But it is far more underwhelming than all those around it, and a little further afield.

I've played them all 5 times at least except Peregian and as far as quality of course goes, Noosa Tewantin comes a distant 4th behind Coolum, Pelican and Twin Waters, but given the comparative green fees for a walk up starter I'd play one game at Tewantin for every one at the other 3.

Just bumping this up.

I'm off to Noosa at the end of April. Anything popped up in the last 12 months that people would recommend. (I realise 12 months is not a long time, but figured that there might have been a few under development)

PJ,

I'll be at my place at Caloundra in mid April - we'll have to get together on friday the 13th for the Tigers clash if you're in town then?

If my back is up to it I'll be having a hit with a mate at Pelican Waters between the 14th and 18th of April, you're welcome to join us.

Other than that, just have a hit at Twin Waters or Coolum and if as previously stated Noosa Tewantin is a fun little course and is very local for a Noosa stay.

Headland is about 30 minutes drive from Noosa and always worth a visit.

Peregian Springs - the fifth best course on the Sunshine Coast? I thinks not.

Played Springs & Twin waters in March (between torrential rains)
Found Noosa Springs held up conditionwise much better. Liked both.
Nothing makes sense, except GOATS, they ALWAYS make sense

Ever noticed that Ducks swagger?

I am only half trying
