So I bought my first crazy golf deals voucher, which I swore to myself I would never do. Always thought that they ruined the reputation of a nice golf course to play for so cheap. That being said, for $37.00 me and a mate played on Saturday and I completely got my moneys worth. The course was mint and we played in about 3 hours, no hold up. Definitely would consider buying another deal. Anyone else tried one of them and been happy? I don’t want to get carried away from just one experience but I would find it hard to believe more people had a bad experience than a good one. cheers

Wow, surprised now all the old Camden Valley members have moved over to lakeside theyneed to do this… and even more amazed that you got on and around on a Saturday in 3 hours?? but regarding the online vouchers yeah I’ve had a couple of good ones… $50 for two with carts at Mount Broughton and I think a $65 for game cart and two beers at Maquarie Links coming to mind. Good little money spinners for teh club I reckon. I wonder how many vouchers get sold but then not used? ;)

haha I’m sure it happens. The courses still make the money though so I reckon they aren’t complaining too much

I think these deals are great for both the clubs and players. Gives players a good deal to play at a new course they otherwise wouldn’t play – either just for variety from their usual club, or for those wanting to sample some courses before buying a membership. And it gives the club a chance to showcase itself to potential new members.

I couldn’t agree more mate. I’m hooked on them. Just bought a twosome for $69 with a buggy and a beer at Riverside. Can’t beat that mate.
