I was hoping to get in a game on maybe Burleigh, but I am open to suggestions. Maybe with a Social Club? I am still working on what club I want to join around here, and also working on a story about golf on the Gold Coast.

I am also open to a game during the week, I work till lunch time four days and can play all day Friday.

Well I work until 12.30 Monday to Thursday, any other time I can most likely organise a time for a hit!

hey ciff, i’m waiting on my new sticks now, so no golf next week :( but am keen to have a hit with once they arrive if you like- i’d actually like to give parkwood or tweed coolangatta a run, but may have to be a weekend. let me know if any of this appeals to you mate

Hmm yeah would like to have a hit at Tweed, apparently it’s one of the best on the coast, it’s apparently fairly easy to get a game on the weekend too. Let me know when you are ready and we can organise it. Parkwood is nice too, and I would love to have another run there.

no worries mate. I’m actually giving some thought to changing clubs when my membership runs out at the end of june- currently considering coolangatta tweed and parkwood as options. both are only about $200 a year more than helensvale. i’ll get at you mate as soon as i’m holding my new bats!

where abouts are situated? Parkwood is 10mins from me, but maybe we could share transport sometimes if Tweed works out to be ok…

yeah mate, i live at ormeau so it’d be on my way. i’m lucky enough to have a workute that i don’t pay for fuel or anything so no prob. will be in touch soon as i get the new bats.

I don’t have a hcp (cept the pill) right now so comp is out, but if you don’t mind dragging me around while you play comp I am happy to tag along and play. Best day for me is Friday, but I can play any other day of the week after I finish work which is 12.30, I can even organise to be at Tweed (part of my work run some days) at 12.30. Weekends are ok too but I would need to organise the kids around that so I would need some notice.

Vicar,it doesn’t worry me that much but if you have a handicap we may as well play comp,saying that if anyone else wants to make up 4 we can play social if they don’t have a h’cap.I am willing to play anywhere north of Yamba as I live just south of Ballina so work out what suits you.I have to go up to the Goldy to get a new CO2 bottle so no dramas to play up there.
