I have only recently joined ISG, always looking for new partners to play a round of golf with.

Outcast - not accepted at home or in society (mainly at home though)

I'm in Cairns, but I can't help with the round of golf because of a buggered shoulder.

I just saw this post. I live in Cairns also. I normally play early morning every weekend (Sat or Sun) but nowhere near as good as you Outcast. I have only been playing for almost a year now and still hopeless.

Hi, my club is Mossman.

I haven't played in Cairns yet, I hope to this year, for ladies penants. (I'm not that good at golf, so I think I'm the last pick if they get desperate!!!! )

Played there with a mate in a comp years back. My buddy on a par 3 proceded to hit 4 balls over the fence towards a parked sugar cane train. As we walked to the green, the old boy local we were teamed with was muttering something about Neanderthals and cowering behind us. The train driver emerged from his cab and threw 2 balls back ( the ones that had made it through the doorway) and yelled “I think you will )#(&%)#%ing well need these”. Local old boy had expected him to climb the fence and give them back personally.

Hi all. I haven’t been on the forums much of late and have only just seen this thread. I’m a member at Cairns Golf Club and welcome the opportunity to meet some new members for a game.

Have been away for the past few months and see a few more Iseeker’s in Cairns have popped up. Perhaps we could/should get together for a game sometime… (if this damn rain and chilly weather will stop).

I am a member at Gordonvale (& Silver at PP), don’t mind where we play… perhaps we could entice some down from Mossvale?

Can’t for next couple of weeks (club championship to play poorly in) but after that is anyone keen?
