Hi there, my name is Shaun, I’m 25 and don’t have many friends who want to play every week so I thought I’d jump on here. I have an RACV golf membership as I’m not ready to commit to a club but wanted a handicap.

Since my starting handicap of 31 I’ve only been able to put two cards in and I’m currently on 24. Pretty confident I’ll settle around 15-18 once I’m on the course regularly then grind away from there.

Very keen on having a hit at Medway as it’s the closest club I can book at. Otherwise wherever around Melbourne.

You have about 8-9k Tassie members from memory. Our crowd averages are up there, but again you cant put too much credence on those either as some clubs play more blockbusters and the last few season our 10k crowds in Cairns have brought our season averages down, just like your Tassie crowds bring your averages down. In the end membership revenue is what its all about.
