Smergs I was looking at it simply from a golfing purists point of view.

Bernie has taken the least amount of shots over the course of the year, with only Kiwi, close to him …… Daylight I believe, is running a distant third to them both.

As you know, I don’t really give a tinkers cuss about handicaps …. I just think that the person who has put in the hard yards, and done the work over the years to become the best golfer out of the 60 odd guys who play in the OOM …… deserves to be rewarded.

Call me old fashioned ……….. but I think the best golfer should always win.

In that case mate, we’ll let Bernie, Kiwi, Deano, Zen, Golfguy and yourself duke it out every OOM while the other 90% of us play for a few FTL’s and GCO discount cards because quite frankly we wouldn’t ever have a chance.

still treacherous if you go wrong side
will be fast as in a few weeks you can bet your OOM bet $ on it

bunkers will be an issue
there are 3 types of sand
the Bare look -compacted (concrete feel no sand)
ok look – 20mm sand (typical public course on clay belt)
fluffy look -hard to get out and fly
