Anyone be keen for a black Tee day at Newcastle GC on either of these days? When i joined the forum in early 2007 we had one of these and it was a great day. It costs about $45 and its a top chance to play a great course. Its about 90 min from Syndey. If people are keen best to email me at

If the friday thing is no good, we can maybe do a sunday comp and it will be a similar price, but off the whites. This may be better for people who work mon – fri. It would be a good chance for the iseekers to join up and have a hit.

No worries. I don’t get up there on Saturdays all that much.

I’ve only played one Black Marker Friday since I organised the group in which you had your first game there, so I should make the effort to play the June event. I’ll see what I can do.

I will try for the 27th of June. I will see if I can get a few guys up there. How are the MP32s going? I have had my MP60s for 2 weeks now, I haven’t been able to practise as much as I would have hoped, but the best $530 dollars I have spent.

My MP32s are PURE! Best irons ever. I really like them. Easy to hit and so predictable.

The course is fine in the rain. It hasnt been affected by the rain at all. Only 2 holes on course that have a little water, but otherwise, unaffected (built on sand). I can book in for any time. What suits best? I think about 10am?
