i might just hold domino’s to their agreement they emailed me and said dinner is all sorted

3 large pizz’as delivered to my door

they wasnt very hap[py with me when i told them they had dinner sorted out for me

i thought how rude of them to say they had dinner all sorted out for me and then expected me to pay for it

what kind of person would do that

But did you or did you not order it, if you ordered it you have a contractual agreement to pay, they could even charge you for the time it took to email you, think yourself lucky. If you did not order it and accept it without notifying them of the situation you could be charged with theft by finding, that is finding it on your doorstep.

The smart thing to do would be to contact a legal person to disscussion the ramifications of the dilema in which you find yourself. In any event ISG is not the place to ask this question as no one has the concentration to stay on the subject so you could find yourself talking about Carlton how good are they or some other inane subject.

Reminds of “Dougie” who saw an ad from (as I recall) the Sebel Townhouse) which said “when you’re in Sydney ,come and stay at my place”. He took it at face value and had a great time, but was very surprised when they slugged him with a hefty bill.Just repeated the ad to them and said he thought he’d been invited,.Police let him go and told the hotel they’d be laughed out of court.
Dougie was a bit “challenged” though, so it was easier for him to pull this off . You do have to look the part I fear.
