Meeting all the louts at the National Tournament. Stirring Nat at the dinner on Sunday night was the highlight – cant remember what I said but it was funny.

Oh and sitting next to Stink and whiffing it was good!

Definitely the Inaugural ISG National Day, still can’t believe how desperately unlucky I was not to win it. Lucky being the National Supreme Putting Champion eased the pain slightly. Loved the idea of everyone at the dinner standing and telling all who they were…could never work like that again.

Puting faces to names was a highlight, everyone a lot uglier than I’d imagined :) meeting the legend that is “the wallet” was a big one, oh and it’s owner Francie as well I suppose, and drsues with her poems.

But the highlight that sticks in my mind is the minibus trip home to waffles, along with Bumpa, 2putts and DrNick….apart from waffle giving the “of Indian descent” driver heaps it was Bumpa sitting next to him puting his hand on his knee..”Bumpa, take your hand off my knee!”
“Sorry waff”…waffle turns to give the driver some more “curry” and the hand goes back…”Bumpa, I’m f@kin telling ya, don’t keep touching my f*king knee!!!” Absolutely priceless.

Playing with Barnesy, Nat and Francie at Palm Meadows in the ISG Championship.
Shotgun start off 11, and Barnesy hits it inches from the dam.
Only about 120 to the green but he chooses a 5 wood.
Clips it on top and the ball goes 3 inches down into the earth.
I say that is a plugged ball if you can dig it out.
He manages to extract the ball and game was back on.
