OK, I’ll keep it short and sweet.

Well it seemed what is well supported and proven here that you really have to practice often to be good/decent at this sport, and when I suggested to ppl who were popping up with questions about problem clubs and shots should spend more time than they currently do practicing, rather than asking if their clubs are suited or what weight a shaft is or loft the club face or are these grips OK etc that they should get off their ass and learn how to hit their clubs, you can’t pick up a set of clubs even if they are designed perfectly for you and go out and hit them well from day 1.

I stated I bought a new stiff shaft 3 wood and what could I expect in relation to my regular shaft 3 wood?? will it go sideways will I skull it hit it fat etc, well I went to the range and after hitting a few balls with it and understanding the less flex in the club and adjusted the ball position, I was nailing it same distance and grouping as my regular 3 wood actually they probably went 10 yards further and they flew very straight, if it went right it went straight right no fade just straight right, that did not compute or sit well with them.

Most ppl stated over there that they never practiced. If they wanted to cure a slice, I said go to the range and understand what can cause a slice and start to work on fixing it. If you can’t hit a 3 wood don’t whinge about it go and hit bucket after bucket and feel what is going wrong and fix it. That seemed to go against everything they wanted to hear, they wanted a quick answer to fix their woes without doing any physical analitical work on the range.

That seemed to be the start of it all.

Then there was one poster over there who we’ll call “pothole”, because no matter where I went I could not avoid him, he seemed to take delight in taking literally everything I wrote and annalysed it, disected it and ran with very selective quotes taken out of context to serve it up to me, so like here I copped a bit of a serve which I was OK with, after all its the internet, but when it was returned, I became the bad guy.

Seems they could dish it out but ran home crying when it was returned.

I call it the Corey factor (that kid who body slammed his wimpy tormentor)

However I am not going to respond here to serial baiters as that seems to spur others on. And there ar ea few here like OG that i will just avoid all together. Simple strategy lets see if I can put it in practice.
