Obviously he is shouting because his ears are still ringing from the concert :P Best I have seen would be Linkin Park @ Rod Laver last year, but I don’t have much to compare it too.

Mate…concerts by definition are loud. My mates wife went and came back saying it was almost a soft core porn show, so I can understand any excitement you may have.

Iron Maiden at Rod Laver Arena about a month ago. The next best have been David Bowie and the Police
|

U2 Vertigo last year was pretty awesome – the whole crowd was totally into it. Kanye West was a bit mystifying though.

Seriously, how liberal can our gun laws be if she is still alive?

Give her time, she’ll do the job herself. Probably end up shooting off her left foot.

I’m predicting she’ll to an Anna Nicole, my wife thinks she eats the barrel of a gun. My mother-in-law is betting on something with a car or a pool.

I’ve seen heaps of amazing acts at the Big Day Out. I’d reccomend everyone to go to one, just once.

Pretty sad to see someone at the top and so young spiraling down, out of control like she is, I think you guys are right – it’s only a matter of time :(

The absolute best ever would have been Rage Against the Machine, there simply isn’t and never will be a band that bring’s energy to the stage and the crowd like they do. I occasionally need to let this out so sorry for the longwinded post. Since the first time I heard them, around 96 i think, i wanted to see them, then when the broke up around 03, i figured i’ll have to getr used to watching thier DVD’s over and over. Then last year they reformed to play at Coachella music festival in USA and every fan over here thought this is the only chance were going to have that they’ll finally come back.. then it was announced they were coming actually thought I was going to cry. There shows in SYD and MEL sold out in 5 mins and the sydney BDO sold out in 3 mins the quickest selling concert in Aus, and luckily we,BIL and myself, secured a couple of tickets to the Gold Coast BDO…. BUT the date,20th Jan 08, concerned me as it was very close to the predicted birth of our second child. The due date came and went and started eating into the countdown week to the BDO. My brother in law rang up during the week saying he could sell the ticket if I wanted and I said hold out till midnight on the Sat and if no baby sell it…. Saturday night it was sold and my hopes of seeing them was shattered. I wouldn’t chance being in a concert an hour and a half away and my wife go into labour and missing the birth and if I had of gone geez it would have been close as she went into labor 12 30 that night, i may have just made it home. I would have never chanced missing the birth anyway but boy i was glad she came that night and one of my friends who I was supposed to drive lives the next street up from me and he said he got home 10 mins before we shot of to the hospital. Sorry for the long post.
