Latitude to abuse anybody who disagrees. Apart from AB, I don’t have anybody in mind (and I never viewed him as a TGM person). I learned long ago not to engage with the TGM guys.

I did go to Spain to have a crack and all I had to do is go back for ranking, as far as I was concerned in my eyes I got my card.

So in short, you did not get a European tour card, but only a formality remained. Nobody will think any less of you for that.

Zen, your story is an inspiration. Be proud of what you have achieved. People already admire you for who you are and what you do. The bare facts are enough.

Zen, wow what a journey. You have certainly been through alot. A real credit to you. No one wishes that apon any one . Thanks for coming clean about the fact that you were not ever pro nor gained your card (bizzare that they would scratch your name out if you competed even at furst stage, as there are names all ghrough the years that pulled out but still show) You have turned a page by clarifying that, and it was a few weeks in the USA with Chris not months, in jan sometime 2009 or something. Believe me, you get more respect and credit for being honest mate, tell the truth always how it is. People will respect you more for that in the long run. Besides that it will almost always catch up with you.

Scott, let people accept you for who you are, no need to sugar coat things, no need to bullshit and make things sound just that little bit better than they actually are. That’s where the problem starts and it can be a deep hole that is hard to get out of, as you have found out. Anyway, now that its all been cleared up, for the record I would suggest you cease from telling people you got your card when through Misfortune you in fact did not get it. As that’s not true. Zen You have shown so much courage to open up and stick your journey out for all to see. It is inspiring and I’m sure you still have a long journey of improvement in so many areas that all of us here take for granted. We wish you the best of luck at all times.

As Hack said be honest and be true to your self which I believe you are. You faced this question head on- when you easily could have turned and went the other way. It shows a lot about you as a person.

You are part of our ISG community and have helped many of our members here on a path to improving themselves and their game. We hope you continue to do so.

A few on this site were not happy that I allowed this thread to exist. I can understand their view but I also know that this issue has been festering for a long time in the back ground and needed to be addressed here on the site. Not ideal but the only way it could be properly addressed as it was an issue that was fostered on this site.

We are a community more than a forum and I’ve seen the best and worst (more of the best side than worst) on here during the past two years of my involvement. We are not always going to get along, but we must, on minimum, respect each others opinions.

Some are here to have a laugh, learn, meet people etc so let them each coexist where they want to interact. We have a hundred threads going at any one time, 99.9% are fine and people are happy there. Its the occasional blow up that occurs and then people look to leave. Look at the positives here not the occasional negative.

When it comes to teaching its like we have several different religious denominations on here- not all all wrong or right, its ultimately for the individual to decide what is best for them. Try and learn something from each that will help improve your game.

We have some very knowledgeable people on here – pros and not- that want to help, love the game, love the camaraderie. Several of our readers are in remote areas of the country and this is how they stay connected with the golf world. We have all types from all walks of life in one place- that is what is great about golf and why I’ve been involved in the golf industry for close to 25 years.

An occasional fight will happen which were all adults so in many cases they need to deal with it. Ill always step in if/when it is necessary. My email info is in my signature email me if you think something is out of order. I have several that do and I address as required.

This issue I believe is at an end as far as HP, Zen and I go. Lets put it to rest and move on to the fun stuff.

For the record I did go to the US for 2 months with Chris from december 29th until february 26th. I do have video tapes of Chris and myself working with to tour players. I have proof to back this.

For the record hackrpo I don’t go around telling people I got my card,as i said in my eyes I said I did. Which got blown out of context if every one is honest.Those who know me, know the full story of what happen.

Nor have I ever stated I was a PGA member and you know from an email a few years ago I sent you and said I was part of the ATGF
I have also been honest in saying I started out as a trainee and never finished my time.

I have stayed true to myself I put forward my life and it’s up to others to decide.

I don’t give a toss whether zen was the worlds no. 1 he knows his shit when it comes to the golf swing and playing in general. I have watched every DVD had multiple lessons etc and no one has ever got me swinging the club as well as he has. My game and swing is the best it’s every been. Zenolink and zen are the real deal.

Are you saying Zen gives golf lessons or do you mean the biomechanical, fitness type of body training stuff ?

Jon he doesnt give swing advice he leaves that to my coach, if I’m not transferring weight properly he might say remember that drill we worked on well go back and re do it etc. we play a round we have a general chat and he helps me to see things on the course I would normally miss and he helps me with club and shot selections sometimes. No money exchanges hands for this just two mates out for a walk. Oh and by the way his playing tips have really helped.

My reason for posting is simply for the people out there who may be interested in zenolink but put off by all bs that goes on in the forum. I know it works and I know that it can help every hacker out there to improve their golf. Scott knows what he’s talking about, he’s real fault is that at times he’s too passionate about the game and zenolink but that passion is what keeps him going and why he will answer his phone to help people and talk golf to anyone at any hour of the day.
We all know that hackpro won’t take advice from anyone who hasn’t been there done that he made that clear when he went after foster and that’s fair enough his choice.
But foster had alot of followers and helped alot of people out without being able to swing a club, so if being able to swing to a club makes all the difference then zen is light years above foster.

If I lived in Melbourne my choice would be the Ramsey McMaster facilities.

Zen helps some, so what does it matter whether he travelled up a mountain to Nepal to meet with the Dalai Lama or he got a AAA coaching rating from the PGA. Perhaps it is just his insecurity that he thinks embelishing his history will give him more credibility with his students.

Some of the best teachers, Fos and Raz probably have no qualifications just like you Hack.

Ive let it go on to long in which I apologise to Zen and the general community. I felt it needed to have a conclusion here on this site as this is where the issue originally started months ago. Its had a conclusion in my mind so we move on. Im not putting up with any more of the badgering.

Zen has opened up and stated his journey. You make up your own mind and then keep it to yourself. Zen helping people is not in question at all. He has done great work with many on here and all over.

If you dont want to listen to him or any other people on this site then go in a different thread. Its that simple.
