At the risk of sounding like an ingrate, I’ll premise this thread by saying that for the last couple of months that I have been posing on ISG I have had a great time. It’s good to have somewhere to engage in some light-hearted banter with fellow golfers.

That being said, does anyone else have a problem with ISG being slow to load some of the time? The homepage seems to be fine, but navigating between forum topics can sometimes be painful.

thanks nope we do get an occasional spike in traffic and slowdown ever so often IT guys always looking at it but it creeps back up every so often.

I have to agree. Things had improved greatly since the change of management but lately the forum seems like it is dead in the water at times. I have given up waiting for posts to load at times.

As far as Im told by owners and IT its not a bandwith issue so much as its something to do with the architecture of the database.

The bandwith was cranked up months ago which helped a lot but the same random slowdown is still occurring.

IT been tracking it to find any patterns.

Madam I think you need to find a new tracker….......
Last night speed was flocking shocking, and thats being positive

Speed is not the only issue, I keep getting the message that ISG is unavailable, this is during a session not when I first log on.. Will take note of the exact message next time.
