Today Australia lost one our nations brightest broadcaster stars at age 32.
I never met or spoke to Clinton, but through radio I felt he was a mate.
Deepest sympathies to his families, friends ands collegues.

Yes, one of the consistently interesting and well-spoken sports commentators. He will be missed.

Can’t say I’ve ever heard of him…..

Better known in Victoria as a AFL radio football caller, but could call any sport with knowledge such as swimming , boxing, water polo etc.
Think of a young Bruce McAveney without the sometimes annoying mannerisms.

my wife worked with him for a few weeks back in 2002 – a lovely guy and complete professional. i liked his calling too. absolute tragedy, sympathies to his fiancee and family.

RIP. He was awesome at what he did

excellent footy caller but also had very big knowledge on basketball well spoken gemtleman will be missed in all sporting arenas

Admin,

Clinton was MC for the Australian Sports Hall of Fame Awards late last year when Greg Norman was inducted. In fact, he interviewed Norman and did a great job as you could sense Norman had a lot of respect for him and his questions.

A very competent and likeable sports commentator who had a great future and appeared to have the world at his feet.

He will be missed

Bullshit.

Norman was trying to make a speech and Grybas wouldn’t stop asking inane questions.

The sporting world is better off without him.

Bit harsh mr swollen, he hasn’t been dead that long, not that I knew him, or of him. Even if you are right, dead guy can’t argue back, bit harsh mate.

It's the only game in the world where you can call penalty on yourself. It's the greatest game there is.

It is interesting though how when somebody snuffs it, they are all made out to be bigger and better than they were.

Gary Glenday has boobs like the chick in my avatar.

Lol, you may be right. But it doesn’t make it tastefull to point this out, in a thread started by an obvious fan.

Unlikely to happen as far as you’re concerned buddy. Nobody would bother

I think this person (?) was banned a few weeks ago. Guess they’ll pop up under a different avatar sometime soon.
