Project X Flighted

I am currently trying to decide between project x, project x flighted or staying with DGS300. Can anyone offer an insight into the characteristics of the flighted x’s? I know all about exaggerated kickpoint, low flying short irons, and higher flying longs, but that is my concern. I hit my 2,3 and 4 irons fairly high already, and dont really want anymore height, so will x flighted make it worse? Or is there another better option I am unaware of? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Becto I appreciate the question but there are better minds on here then me in relation to equipment and I am sure one of more will come up with some thoughts. Let’s see how we go

I’d stick with PXs if your long irons go high enough already. JMHO. See if you can lay your hands on a PX5.5 shafted 6 iron to try.

Even using blank rifle shafts, either tapered or parallel would give you more control over stiffness and kick point.
Depending on the flex you’re looking for, it is easy to make them firmer during tipping, to help give you the ball flight that you require, through out the set.
