Hi hope this isnt a stupid Question but I cannot get my head around par ….. my handicap is 32 so i think i get two shots can it be explained and if I score a – can i pick up my ball ?

I assume you mean a par event?

Yes, if you have already used up your allocated shots (most holes you would get two), once you are going to get a minus, pick it up and speed up play for the rest of the group and the rest of the players behind you
