No-one ever claimed Hacky was a certified instructor. He’s just a low marker so he must know something about how to do it all. Whether he can convey effective help to others is yet to be determined.

He is certainly a skilled drinker and shit stirrer as well.

It’s funny how I’m being falsely accused of being a liar and people are forming an opinion from a person who has made false, untrue accusation and told lies about me in the past . Which had been proven they were all untrue and false This person went about making up false untrue accusations claiming I played off 7. He claimed he got his information from his so called “sources”. In addition falsely accused me of being a liar, when I said I shot certain scores.

He and his so called “sources” were proven wrong that I did not play of seven this was untrue. It was proven I did actually play off the handicap I said and I played off and shot the scores I said I shot. (I did not play off 7 like he claimed) He never apologised for his false untrue accusations he said about me. Nor did he confess he was making up the false untrue accusations.

He continually and falsely makes out he knows me and knows all about my past and what I have done in my life, although he doesn’t know me from a bar of soap.

If some one did this to you in the past would you ever dignify yourself to this person ever again,when you know again the truth, why do I have to prove my innocents when in the past this person has made false untrue accusations about me in the past which were proven they were false and all untrue.

It’s not about me not putting forward the year it’s all about principles,I will never ever dignify myself to this person, if people choose to believe this person, that’s up to them, that’s their call.

The best teachers are those who can share information that the receiver understands usually in simple terms then it become powerful and dynamic. Shanks and hp have both done that for me and im grateful. As i said, i dont get out much:-)

Perhaps the most tech jargon issues can be kept for their own individual threads where posters ask them a question directly. That leaves the rest of us to interact without the aggression and anger issues that inevitably seem to arise, then the blokes can continue with their crap giving which often gives us a laugh..

As for the duck hooks and shanks, i highly recommend you go and deliberatly hit them, its amazing how much aware you are of your club face at impact. Among the dross there are pearls…ob might have to correct me on the right wording for that quote!

for a normal shot with it, keep the face square (ie not open or closed), deloft it a bit by getting/pressing the hands well forward of the ball, and get the ball position right back near the back foot….

tbh i find the advice pretty refreshing, coming straight from a natural golfer by his own admission nil lessons, just an eye like a stinkin eel and uncanny hand/eye. i saw the bloke put his first 4 approaches at eagle ridge within shadow of flag for bird…maybe it was first 5 holes…%^#$@# unbelievable in any case, of course most of us numbnuts would take advice from someone that can strike a ball like that…keep it comin hackpro, a great development on ISG in 2013

I spent last week at The Lake Macquarie International Amateur. Players on plus handicaps were returning cards in the high 80’s. I doubt that there has been a time in the history of golf in Oz where there has been so many scratch and better markers playing the game. I can remember a time when the State bodies were the ones who awarded scratch and better handicaps. At present it is a joke.

Told you I’d get you around ER without you spilling a drop, Hacky!!

It took me about 6 holes to get my “name on the board” that day, thanks to my partner Hacky who dropped one approach after another within a metre of the pin.

In fact, I had to hole out from the bunker before I got a bloody mention on the scorecard.

Hacky from memory shot about 7 birdies that round, finished a couple over at worst ….... I shot around my handicap …... and we still got fingered into 2nd place.

Not that we’re bitter or anything!!
